Which format should I choose?
JPG works everywhere. PNG keeps sharp edges and transparency. WebP and AVIF make the smallest files for websites; AVIF is the smallest but takes longer to create.
What happens to transparent areas when I convert to JPG?
JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas are filled with the background color you choose. White is the default.
Are my images uploaded?
